General Terms and Conditions – Rental Standard Q31 Chalet (6 persons)

 1. Reservation and Agreement
 * A reservation is considered final once confirmed by the owner and any required deposit has been received.
 * By making a reservation, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
* The main guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all accompanying guests.

 2. Check-in and Check-out
 * Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards.
* Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.
* Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

3. Use of the Chalet
 * The chalet is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.
* It is not allowed to stay with more guests than stated in the reservation.
* Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
* Pets are only allowed if agreed upon in advance.
* Parties and events are not permitted.

4. Security Deposit
 * A security deposit may be required.
* The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided the chalet is left in good condition and without damage.

5. Payment
 * A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
 * The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to arrival.
* Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

6. Cancellation
 * The following cancellation policy applies:
 * Up to 30 days before arrival: partial refund (e.g., 50%)
 * Within 30 days before arrival: no refund
* We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

7. Liability
 * The guest is liable for any damage caused to the chalet or its contents during the stay.
* The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or accidents occurring during the stay.

8. Park Rules
 * Guests must comply with the rules of the holiday park.
 * Nuisance, excessive noise, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

9. Cleaning
 * The chalet must be left clean and tidy upon departure, unless a final cleaning service is included.
* Additional cleaning costs may be charged in case of excessive dirt or misuse.

10. Force Majeure
 * In cases of force majeure (such as fire, storm, technical failures, or pandemics), the owner may cancel or reschedule the reservation without liability for compensation.
